Partner With EWA Safari Outfitters

East Africa, from the inside.

For the agents who trust us with their clients, a safari begins long before departure — with local knowledge, considered planning, and an operator who answers honestly. We invite select trade partners to work with us directly across Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda.

Welcome to EWA Safari Outfitters

A Safari Company Built From the Ground Up

EWA Safari Outfitters is a locally owned safari and expedition company, founded and run from Arusha, in the shadow of Mount Meru. We design and operate journeys across Tanzania's Northern and Southern Circuits, into Kenya's most storied reserves, and among Rwanda's forested highlands — each itinerary shaped by years spent in these places, not assembled behind a desk.

Our approach is a considered one. We work across three tiers — Wilderness Trail, Wilderness Reserve, and Wilderness Sovereign — so that whatever a client's budget, the journey we build for them reflects genuine judgment rather than a template.

For our trade partners, this means a safari company that answers quickly, prices honestly, and stands behind every detail of the journey — from the first enquiry to the last night under canvas.

Working Together

What a Partnership With Us Looks Like

Your clients ask considered questions. A partnership with EWA Safari Outfitters means having considered answers, from people who know the ground.

Direct Pricing

You are pricing against the source — with no wholesaler's margin folded into another wholesaler's margin.

Local Judgment

Our team lives where your clients are travelling. We know which camps are excelling this season, and which routes are best left quiet.

A Tiered Collection

Three clear tiers, from mid-luxury to ultra-luxury, so any client's brief has a natural home in our range.

Honest Communication

A written proposal, in good time, from a person who knows your account — not a queue.

The Team on the Ground

Guides Who Know the Land, Vehicles Built to Reach It

A safari is only as good as the person driving it and the vehicle carrying you there. We hold both to the same exacting standard.

Our Guides

Guiding, Not Narrating

Every EWA Safari Outfitters guide is licensed, deeply experienced, and drawn from the communities that border the parks we drive through. Their knowledge is not learned from a manual — it is built over years of reading tracks, weather, and animal behaviour in the same landscapes, season after season.

For your clients, this means the difference between simply seeing wildlife and understanding it: knowing where a pride is likely to move at first light, or why a particular crossing point is worth the wait.

  • Licensed, professionally trained guides
  • Deep local and ecological knowledge
  • Fluent, attentive, unhurried in the field
Our Vehicles

Maintained to Travel Anywhere

Our fleet of safari 4x4s is inspected and serviced before every departure, not on a fixed schedule alone. Pop-up roofs, comfortable seating, charging points, and cooler boxes are standard — because a long day in the field should never feel like one.

Reliability matters most where help is furthest away. Our vehicles are chosen and maintained for the terrain they cross, from graded roads to the deep sand and black-cotton soil of the Serengeti's far corners.

  • Purpose-built 4x4s, rigorously maintained
  • Pop-up roofs for unobstructed viewing
  • Equipped for comfort on long game drives
